BUIS, Arthur Freeman - Putnam

Arthur Freeman Buis, 78, Greencastle, formerly of Stilesville died Sunday.  Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle with calling from 4-9 p.m. today. He had been a machinist 16 years for International Harvester retiring in 1971.  He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Hendricks County.  He was the widower of Myrtle Osborn Buis.  Survivors: sons Ralph, Gerald R, Kenneth L, and Arthur F, Jr; daughters Nora L. Miller, Norris L. Sears and Carolyn K. Bemis; brothers, Linzie and Bob Buis; sisters, Hazel Scott and Effie Moore; 29 grandchildren. – kbz
